I’m working on a Linux GUI for the PICKIT2, it’s in progress – almost done. Stay tuned.
June 04:Any further progress? I would be very interested to see this.MikeV
Yes, I have a working prototype done. I made it in QTCreator IDE so I have to make sure it works across all platforms.
I'm interested as well.any source code that can be seen ? Would it work with pickit3 ?
It's merely a GUI, the actual functional part is released by Microchip. When microchip supports the PICKIT3 for Linux, it will be supported in this as well. I haven't gotten a chance to release any code yet because I've been extremely busy.
But since interest has been shown, I'll give this more priority.
when will this be ready? i'll be so thankful. i cant run pk2cmd till now... been struggling for a few months
any more on this?
Well, I'm in university now, so I have little time to work on it. I did have a prototype but lost it.
